📦 Orders & Shipping
All orders are shipped within Ireland via An Post. Most orders arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are typically processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday.
Currently, ELYTX only ships within Ireland. We're working on expanding our shipping options to serve international customers in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with an An Post tracking number. You can track your package directly on the An Post website. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold (displayed during checkout). Standard rates apply to smaller orders.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number. We'll do our best to update the address if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
↩️ Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your ELYTX gear! If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@elytx.ie with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (wrong size, quality issue, etc.)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. If we made an error with your order, we'll provide a prepaid return label. For size exchanges or preference changes, you'll need to cover return postage.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Yes! We're happy to facilitate exchanges. Contact us with your order details and the size or color you'd like instead. We'll send you the new item and provide return instructions for the original. To expedite the process, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements for chest, waist, and hip dimensions. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our charts. ELYTX apparel is designed with an athletic fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we suggest sizing up.
ELYTX products are crafted from premium performance fabrics including:
- Moisture-wicking polyester blends
- Breathable mesh panels
- Four-way stretch materials for mobility
- Anti-odor technology
To maintain quality and longevity:
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Use mild detergent (avoid fabric softener)
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat
- Do not iron directly on logos or prints
- Do not bleach

Yes! ELYTX gift cards are available in various denominations. They're perfect for athletes who want to choose their own gear. Gift cards can be purchased on our website and are delivered digitally via email. They never expire and can be used for any ELYTX product.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits including order tracking, saved addresses, faster checkout, and access to exclusive features like the ELYTX Challenge and Fitness Journey Tracker.
We accept all major payment methods through our secure Stripe payment gateway:

Absolutely. ELYTX uses Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. We never store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and processed securely through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
Yes! Log into your account and navigate to Account Settings or Profile to update your email, shipping address, password, and personal information. Changes are saved immediately and will apply to future orders.
