Shipping Information
All orders are currently shipped within Ireland via An Post. We process orders Monday through Friday, with most deliveries arriving within 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are typically processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your ELYTX purchase, we're here to help make it right.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@elytx.ie with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with personalized return instructions.
Important: For security reasons, our return address is not publicly listed. All returns must be arranged through our customer service team to ensure proper handling and processing.
